Co-curricular Activities
Our Pupils being confident and articulate have their own ideas to express. We enthusiastically arrange various events/activities to encourage them. Various intra-school competitions are held throughout the year e.g. Essay writing in different languages, elocution, drawing & coloring, skit, debates, monoact, rangoli, cooking, lamp decoration, best out of waste, solo dance, fancy dress, recitation, geeta pathan, card making, singing and many more. The school gives an opportunity to each and every student
exhibit their talent of dance and drama during the annual concert for which students and parents wait eagerly. Apart from the Intra School Competitions School Students are also encouraged to participate in Inter School Competitions like Kalapini Natya Vachan Spardha, Natya Spardha, Group Song, Yoga Competitions, Gymnastics etc.
The school plans various study-tours to historical and social places to make our students aware of the ancient art and Literature.
School also takes the students to blind schools, orphanages, old age home, remote villages to expose them to real- life issues in social field.
Playground
Sports has always helped every person to build their body, health and personality by inculcating various qualities of life. School encourages all the sports activities. Students are keen to participate in individual as well as team events conducted by Z.P. and then step by step excel towards state, national level competitions. School has fully equipped rooftop Gymnastic area. Students learn Yoga, Gymnastics by using the equipment and hence become flexible and smart and focused in life skills.
Celebrations
To imbibe the Indian Culture among students, various days and events are celebrated in school eg. Environment Day-By planting trees in the school premises, explaining the importance of nature. The school celebrates different festivals like Palkhi on Ashadi Ekadashi, Ganesh Festival, Dahi Handi, Raksha Bandhan, Navratri, Diwali, Christmas and many more. Annual social gathering is alsocelebrated in school and participation by all students is Compulsory. Grand-parents Day is also celebrated in the school which imbibes love, care and respect towards the Grand Parents.
Students gather in school premises tor flag hoisting on Independence Day and Republic Day. We in school invite some personality who have worked in Defence Services of our country, as Chief Guest which helps Students to understand the importance of Defence Services .
Every year outdoor picnic is organized for all the students. Picnic spots are planned such that students are able to enjoy as well as learn some new things.
Medical check-up
The school runs Medical check up camp for all the students. This check up is done by the specialised doctors. The Medical check-up help to diagnose and take care of students health. Each student gets individual reports of this check-up. Doctors guide
students to enjoy the adolescence happily.
Carrier Guidance
To help our parents & students we have started career guidance program for 8″, 9 & 10″standard students. This program is run by well-known carrier guidance companies.
Rain water harvesting
School not only develop their students academically but also try to inculcate social awareness. To work on it, we have Rainwater harvesting plant in school, which teaches them the importance of saving water and how to recycle and use rain water.
